Jay is a natural, just brilliant, i miss him so much watched him every night on the Tonight show we love him in the Midwest . The Late night guys now are way out of touch and leftists, its a big turn off don't watch any of them , they're just not funny.
Jays guidance counselor reminds me of my GC at High School. "Dan with your grades I wouldn't bother going to college" I have to admit dropped out of County College and Trade School. Went back to County College transfered to Rutgers; Economics Degree... now on my way to take the LSATs.....
My sister graduated High School in 1966 was told she wasn't college material because her grades weren't good enough, she should be a secretary. What the counselor didn't take into account was she spent a couple hours every night earning her c's. No 4 year school would take her, so she went to Corning Community College, after 2 years she transferred to Brockport and got her Bachelor's degree and became a teacher. After 10 years she got a masters in counseling, then a second masters in Administration. Eventually she eventually became a high school principal. I on the other hand breezed through High School with A's & B's, but dropped out of college because it was too hard,
Didn’t realize that Mavis wasn’t JUST Jay’s wife, but has contributed significantly to actually making life better for others. Sadly she is now suffering from Dementia. Thankfully for both of them, she and Jay have led full meaningful lives. Hopefully their full story will be told in print for all to enjoy…
