Excellent video as always Peach crew! The guitars are stunning and the tones are brilliant, even through compressed TH-cam audio. I also have to mention yet again, you guys are so far ahead in terms of the quality of audio in how you mic up amp cabs (or Ox Stomp?) compared to all of the other music retailers reviews/demos.
Jack's playing said everything. His explanations were grounded, accessible with a genuine integrity. Please drop the overhyped podcast format to avoid much 'adieu' about nothing. Peach used to be better than this. Please don't let it rot.
"..the way the strings move" 😅🤣😂 These are most likely nice guitars, but please...your wraparound story is Bull. Intonation is set with the saddles, and what happens behind the saddles at the tail has nothing to do with better intonation - except when there is friction. Non friction is the key that helps keep a guitar with a vibrato in tune.
Yeah, his use of the word intonation is the wrong choice for what’s being described. I believe that the varying tail-piece circumference is supposed to aid in equalizing the pitch bend intervals between strings WHILE using the bar. While this may be an aspect of the broader science of intonation, it doesn’t correlate with the common guitar-usage of the term which is more about what pitch the strings return to AFTER using the bar. That involves the friction issue you referred to.

Dude... What was the amp and pedals at 7:20? One of the best tones i've ever heard.
A lot like the Taylor Solid Body from 2007, but not as nice to look at. Plus the bridge on the 2007 was really nice.
👍
The Vibrato Springs are from Reverend Guitars. Soft Touch Springs.

I see prices of 4000-5000 euro in Europe. For that money you can buy great "proven" guitars. I don't buy the marketing stories from Taylor/Powers.
Many of those so called great proven guitar's aren't actually great at all. Gibson and fender build over priced crap
Didn't talk about Gibson Fender.
