Yay! I love your kitchen! The matte black hardware gives a sharp looking contrast to the crisp white cabinets. The best part is while your house is designed and professionally organized, it looks very homey and cozy…rather than having a museum (don’t touch anything) quality. 😊 PS I too, find apple slicers unnecessary. Plus, they get rusty. It’s simple enough just to use a little knife. 🤷🏻♀️
Awesome! I absolutely love your kitchen! You inspired me to make my own salad dressing and it taste heavenly every time! And we make just enough...now I dont have to look at 1 million bottles of store bought dressing in the fridge going to waste🤪
This was fun! Thanks for showing the updated kitchen. Definitely some ideas 💡 taken. I need to revisit my spice situation. I don't have a drawer I can use, but a turntable could help for sure.
Your kitchen is great and it is really helpful to hear how someone personalized a kitchen that was good but needed tweaking. You’ve given me great ideas - thank you!
I believe the first video I ever watched of yours was also an apartment tour...my first thought..holy moly! Now I am hooked and look forward to each and every one! Praying for Clover James!
I love the matte black with the white. Years ago I had shiny brass and wanted a change. To see how it would look I spray painted with Rustoleum metallic spray in oiled bronze. I’m amazed how it held up and did not scratch or chip. The original plan was to see how it looked and buy new-never did since they turned out great.
Love your kitchen! Especially the white cabinets ♥️. I had wanted white cabinets but we went with a light wood. My kitchen is painted burgundy, and I love it! Our house is a Victorian and the color fits it perfectly! All appliances are black, including the small appliances and the sink! Counter tops are white so it keeps the black from overpowering everything. I loved the tour of your kitchen, and so glad to hear someone say “I’m not a minimalist!
I just love your kitchen, Kay! You know, I nearly bought matte black cabinet hardware for my new studio but remembered the lighting was stainless and chickened out. Now I'm thinkin' I made a mistake. Your kitchen is so lovely.
The contact hooks for rubber gloves under the sink was the first tip I used from you. It is a perfect solution for unused space for an ugly, albeit necessary, item. The microwave mat on your Amazon list is also great: cleans easily, prevents spillage, and does a great job. The kitchen looks so chic, and I always appreciate a Clover shot. I enjoy seeing you make this space your home.
The silverware! My husband and I will probably ALWAYS have mismatched silverware. There are two patterns in the drawer, the one he loves and the one I love. His are thin and--to me--pokey-feeling and really light. They're a kind of mid-century vibe. Mine are weighty (he would say heavy), sleek and with a nature look because the handles have a bamboo look...They're solid stainless steel tho. It's a small concession to each other I suppose! 😄
I’m so happy I haven’t seen your videos for a while and I love that you have so much more space and I can’t wait to see more of your recent videos with the new home! I love all the organization that you have in your new kitchen and the aesthetic is beautiful and calming. I love the little pantry, going down the stairs, so cool, and I love how you are saving the word, honeycomb shelves, and all the different things that were already there that I to find useful and beautiful.! Thank you for your videos and all your tips! ❤
OMG Kaye Thanks for the tip of the vertical spoon rest! I have one and never knew it could be used for the pan cover!! I was today years old when the OS professional showed me how to use it! Thank You so much! You should do a reel about that gadget mine is Stainless steel and a different brand, yet it works! Excellent! Have a great day, you made mine just fabulous!
I think the best part of this video is that your dream kitchen is the kitchen you currently have. You are so lucky. (I am taking notes for things I want in my kitchen when we are ready to completely renovate our own kitchen.)
Love your kitchen...thank you for sharing your beautiful space. Our hardware is brushed silver...plan to change to matte black...as I am not incorporating that into my space...please give Clover whatever he wants...he is the cutest! From NOVA!
Wonderful, Kay! It's such a fantastic space, and so well laid out. I sympathise on switching the cabinet handles. Mine too were an array of misaligned holes 😩 Will you be doing some baking videos on the run up to Christmas? They are always super enjoyable - I'd gladly watch you bake anything, tbh!
I live in a rental so I just use that is there. But your kitchen has inspired me for when I have my own home. I would love to learn how to make the salad dressing you were talking about. Please share one with us.
So, I thought I had a lot of kitchen stuff, but you may have me beat. I absolutely love it!❤. At least you use all of it. I have pots and pans that have barely seen the light of day. I have the meat masher also.
I love your kitchen! (I would love to have black handles on my kitchen cabinets, because they would look great with our black countertops. I can't justify the cost yet due to other expenses that have occurred this year.) Thanks again for a great video!🙂
I love your little ode to the immersion blender because it's exactly how I feel about mine (used to be my grandmother's and is at least from the 80s, and also from Braun).
Love your kitchen. I recently got a collapsible dish drainer and laundry basket and adore them. And built can racks for my canned goods. Sprayed my kitchen hardware brushed silver.
I just found your channel! I love your sunny smile, I was rolling on the floor laughing about the trash can! You go!!! :) My hardware is matte black, I just had my kitchen remodeled and my uppers are white and my lowers are alder with a wood tone.
Hi Kay! We changed out the hardware in our flip kitchen from oil rubbed bronze to a soft black iron. It’s got the feel of the matte black but a little more lived in. We paired it with antique brass light and plumbing fixtures and I love the combo! Thanks for your kitchen tour. You’re always so inspiring, Kay!
The kitchen looks great. We have oil-rubbed bronze hardware. It's fine but I'm thinking of switching to matte black and changing the style. We have round knobs, which I guess were the cheapest option when then flipper did the house. I'd just like something different.
Really enjoyed this, Kay. Had storage envy for a nanosecond before remembering I need far less for my particular needs...especially in my kitchen. And that's only because I've winnowed so much, inspired by you and others. Laughed out loud at your Storrow reference...an annual back-to-school ritual or for the occasional truck driver unfamiliar with the area, who doesn't trust the signs. My version: a basement ceiling so low that I need to stoop and wear a hat to protect my head when I forget. My solution: steadily reducing/eliminating what's down there solely to garden-related stuff so I make far fewer (dreaded trips). So, thanks for the videos, tips and views. Keep 'em coming!
Your best kitchen yet and i loved your previous one, in your last home. We had a braun food processor since 1985 which we used quite regularly. We were sorry to say goodbye in 2020 when it finally broke. I love the black hardware, looks very smart as well as the organisation. Simply faultless.
Love your kitchen tour. The best lesson my mother taught me was to open a jar with ease slide a flat knife (one you eat with) underneath to pop the seal
my hardware colour is silver but if I decide to change them, I will pick black (the cabinets are beige/sand), yours look great with the white cabinets. I really enjoyed the video, thank you for sharing!
Love the kitchen! We just redid ours and went with matte black hardware and faucet. We love it! What do you use as a tray kind of thing for oil, salt, and pepper next to your stove?
I'm a weirdo.... I love any home tour where kitchen cabinets / closets / drawers are opened 🙈. When my friends visit me for the first time, I give them that same experience because I'm just too excited with how I have everything organized 😄! Except for my garage... the garage is my next project, but the mister doesn't want to get rid of anything 😤😕😑.... Rome wasn't built in a day I guess 😒😒😒....
Love the tour. Thank you. Your kitchen feels huge to be. ❤ feels like my kitchen is about half the size. Boston native here and Old Bay is a thing here but not as big as Maryland. How do you handle your recyclables? We always have so much. Love clover so much
Love the kitchen tour. I also have a Weck jar obsession and I keep restraining myself from buying anymore. I had the auto Simple Human trash can and it scared me at times and was annoying at other times because it opened every time I entered the kitchen mostly because where I placed it in the kitchen. Let us know if you get one what your experience is with it.
So beautiful. I love a white kitchen, and the matte black looks so sophisticated. I hate gold or brass, just tacky. And a couple of good cooks shouldn’t have to apologize for having a full, well-used kitchen. 😉
Fyi: you have convinced me that Oxo, Simple Human, and the Elfa are worth their price. And now Braun lol. Once it’s time to upgrade certain things i will def check them out first.
My hardware is mix match - plastic , chrome, nickel. Trying to decide which one to use nickel or brass. Love your kitchen. That is what I'm trying to aim for. Different stations.
I'm glad you made the distinction that you are a professional organizer and not a minimalist. I sometimes forget that when watching your videos and yell out, "Sis, get rid of that!" ... "You have too many of those!!!" LOLOL... Also, I am 100% with you on the black cabinet hardware. I have huge 14 in chrome pulls that i'll be replacing with smaller matte black pulls. "Pantone, I don't care what you say, baby... 2022 and 2023 is the year of Matte Black." Good video as always. BTW, did your "That Girl" aesthetic fridge hold up?
It’sbeautifuk Kay. As I watch this I realize how many of your tips I’ve used in my kitchen including the spice drawer, turntables and command hooks. Have you ever though about adding doors above you corner counter. It could gibe you some closed pantry space.
An organized kitchen for people who love to cook! Very cool. In our house, spouse is primary cook (including grilling & smoking), and I am the baker and cleaner-upper ( we don’t have a dishwasher, so I am elected).
Not the typo in the intro 😅. Oh well lol
😂 I had to go back: I hadn't even noticed it!
Wonderful kitchen. Very well organized. It’s so cool how you have tweaked it as you lived with it and used it.
So many great organization ideas. I really enjoyed this video.

“How old is this blue cheese?” 😂
Those oven mitts you have magnetted to your stove hood from TCS are my favorite things ever!
Always love your tours. Thanks for sharing!! 😊

Brilliant episode! I’m all in anytime you want to talk kitchens. Such a treat whenever you vlog for a month.
Another Maryland gal here - totally didn't register the Old Bay until you pointed it out, because *obviously* everyone has it with their spices! 😆

thanks, Kay. Great tips. And not to be superficial, but loving your hair up like that - casual elegance💜💯
Thank you!
Thank you!! Ugh my kitchen, we are at war. As we acquire things, I have to get craftier with my use of space! Hope you had a great weekend 💕
Love your kitchen! Especially the white cabinets ♥️. I had wanted white cabinets but we went with a light wood. My kitchen is painted burgundy, and I love it! I loved the tour of your kitchen, and so glad to hear someone say “I’m not a minimalist!
I live in an apartment that was built in 1914, so I have glass knobs. I love them. Your kitchen is beautiful. Thanks so much for the tour.
Beautifully organized 💕

I have one of those jar pops. It has saved my hand & wrist.
I think the best part of this video is that your dream kitchen is the kitchen you currently have. You are so lucky. (I am taking notes for things I want in my kitchen when we are ready to completely renovate our own kitchen.)
Braun really makes the best immersion blenders. Mine has got a bigger blending bowl and a soup/potato masher Thing too.
You are so pretty!!!
Love your top! 🌟
Love your kitchen!!
Hope Clover is well!! 😊
I need that island in my life! Love how every piece used effectively. We have hardware our house was built in 2006
Love the matte black handles
Love that color, Headspace. Good choice.
Great tour! Really like the collapsible dish rack and dirty/clean sticker for the dish washer. Tfs
Great video. Some really good ideas. TFS 😊

I have a jar pop and love it!
Thank u for the practical yet stylish approach to updating your kitchen !
I love how much space you have in your kitchen!
Love your kitchen. I recently got a collapsible dish drainer and laundry basket and adore them. And built can racks for my canned goods. Sprayed my kitchen hardware brushed silver.
I JUST got the dash egg cooker! The alarm isn't terrible, it just doesn't stop until you push the button but my boiled eggs came out perfectly done!
Loved this tour! Thank you for sharing. You are my favorite vlogger!
We just redid our kitchen too! Chrome/platinum hardware. And fyi ikea has the coolest spice and knife organizers, if you wanted......
Well that to me is a organized kitchen thanks for sharing!
Your kitchen is amazing. I love the new hardware. You’re right, it really pops against the white cabinet
I just found your channel! I love your sunny smile, I was rolling on the floor laughing about the trash can! You go!!! :) My hardware is matte black, I just had my kitchen remodeled and my uppers are white and my lowers are alder with a wood tone.
Great video. I think the spice rack is in the perfect place. I always prep by the sink.
your kitchen is stunning ❤
Thank you for sharing, love your kitchen organization. 🥰
Loved this tour! Will check out the products 🙂

Great kitchen! I admire your organization. My kitchen is half the size of yours so you space savers were well noted. Thank you!
Glad it was helpful! This is the biggest kitchen I’ve ever had so I feel kinda spoiled right now lol
One word: Goals!!!!!!
This too is my dream kitchen😍😍
Stainless steel, silver. 👏Clover
Beautiful kitchen! Thanks for the inspiration.
Your kitchen is amazing - a place for everything! I have the same Braun immersion blender - I love it too!
We switched our hardware from a gold to an oil rubbed bronze. Looks great with the cherry cabinets
The kitchen looks great. We have oil-rubbed bronze hardware. It's fine but I'm thinking of switching to matte black and changing the style. We have round knobs, which I guess were the cheapest option when then flipper did the house. I'd just like something different.
I loved our reusable K-cups.
I have that same immersion blender / chopper (sadly, no whisk) and I still use it all of the time!
You need to make a Clearance Height label for inside that drawer microwave! I have one by Sharp with same restriction but it’s never been an issue.
Really enjoyed this, Kay. Had storage envy for a nanosecond before remembering I need far less for my particular needs...especially in my kitchen. You always know a Marylander when you see the old bay!!! 😂
I have that dishwasher magnet too! I got mine on Amazon.
Your best kitchen yet and i loved your previous one, in your last home. We had a braun food processor since 1985 which we used quite regularly. We were sorry to say goodbye in 2020 when it finally broke. I love the black hardware, looks very smart as well as the organisation. Simply faultless.

Nice kitchen.
Old Bay! 🎉😊
Love your kitchen tour. The best lesson my mother taught me was to open a jar with ease slide a flat knife (one you eat with) underneath to pop the seal
Lovely kitchen!! Really nice :) thx for the tour!!
I love your kitchen my hardware is brush nickel I just updated them this summer 😊
Super job! Love your videos.
Updated my kitchen earlier this year and also went with matte black! Still loving it so much!
Love the tour, I just revamped my kitchen so this was very timely for ideas. My hardware color is a brushed copper. I'm not the biggest fan of gold.
I actually used the idea for command hooks behind the kitchen cabinet doors for my kitchen doors just like you did so thx.
Beautifully organized and functional!
my hardware colour is silver but if I decide to change them, I will pick black (the cabinets are beige/sand), yours look great with the white cabinets. I really enjoyed the video, thank you for sharing!
This Maryland girl loved seeing your Old Bay!
Have you considered spray painting the dish liquid descender black. Beautiful home!
Love the kitchen! We just redid ours and went with matte black hardware and faucet. We love it!

Our hardware is brushed nickel, it is a bit softer looking than stainless steel! Easier to keep clean, too!
My hardware is mix match - plastic , chrome, nickel. Trying to decide which one to use nickel or brass. Love your kitchen. That is what I'm trying to aim for. Different stations.
My hardware is black. Love it!
Maryland girl here born and raised, noticed the OLD BAY as soon as you opened the drawer. Where’s the Burger cookies and Utz potatoe chips? 😊
I need to look for one of those jar pop tools, I'm always fighting with the lids!
I'm glad you made the distinction that you are a professional organizer and not a minimalist. I sometimes forget that when watching your videos and yell out, "Sis, get rid of that!" ... We have the exact same cabinets and hardware. I may try the black it is an improvement
my kitchen needs so much help. my cabinets are short, i need to purge, and i definitely need to add some pull out shelves for deep cabinets.
It’sbeautifuk Kay. As I watch this I realize how many of your tips I’ve used in my kitchen including the spice drawer, turntables and command hooks. Have you ever though about adding doors above you corner counter. It could gibe you some closed pantry space.

Nice kitchen joyful
