Hi Claudia..so you have settled..good!..It is a fancy schmancy place...and it comes with a handsome doorman! Keep the curtains as you will need it for privacy..i have lived in home like these with a window view to the building and it was a must. Youcan get shower curtian put it too, when I go to Europe I always spill the water all over and curtain is a must LOL.Well..yes that kitchen is a bummer...and you love to cut those veggies you need more table space...youcan create some in other room...inside ceiling detail is wondeful, so in tune with that era of Paris living..the old style..I like all old....Be happy there!! hug Jana ps I wish you get nice neighbours downstairs and jumping and exercising will be heard..I have a share of experince with this one too.....XO

What a beautiful apartment. I was looking at the detail on the walls and trying to imagine what color it was before being painted white. The French do beautiful detail work. What a nice big gym to workout in everyday. Your galley kitchen seems to have lots of cabinets on both sides. It is a lovely apartment. Can you see the Eiffel Tower, from your apartment, out of your windows? Love the fireplaces! The French have a unique way to move your furniture inside. That’s the first time I’ve seen that sort of thing, but it really works. Thank you for the tour. I know Sam is going to be very happy there. Glad to see your husband back from TDY.

Wow wow wow!! That is my Parisian dream apartment!! Absolutely gorgeous! And those enormous doors to the balconies to enjoy watching life walk around and to let the freshness of those trees get in! ❤️❤️❤️ You can enjoy those trees in all their seasonal beauty! 😍😍😍 It is a great idea to use the foyer as a Paris’ coffee shop little corner, so cute! 🥰 A couple plants here and there and that apartment will look as a palace! Well, it already is! And all the molding 😍😍😍 I even love the sound of the hardwood floors, it reminds me a gorgeous apartment we were living in Madrid and another one in New Jersey. Yes please! Share with us how it looks once everything is unpacked and where it belongs (well, show whatever you want 😁) That international move was amazing! And taking everything through the balconies 😵. I have become a packing and unpacking machine throughout these past years and I have mastered the science of moving! 😅😅😅 I can see that you are there as well, Master Claudia! 😊 Enjoy settling down in that amazing city and absorb all the excitement of living in Paris! You know, we actually do not know the square footage, but my husband is guessing 1200, however I think it is a bit bigger. Rents are outrages, similar to New York, this one is about 5000 Euro (we do not know the exact price, since it is Embassy housing). For Paris, this apartment is quite big. Many people live in tiny places, which are still expensive. It really is quite similar to NewYork as far as cost of living. I hope you are having a beautiful week, xo

I was pretty sure the building was back to Art Deco’, because of the entrance tiles, very similar to mine, but the restoring was really great! Having gym class in your-place has an added value! ❤️❤️🥰

@@claudiaglows The Oralift is going well! I am up to one hour with the 3MM. I find that my jaws are a bit tired after the 1 hour, so I'm going to stay with the 3MM until the that subsides then I will begin the 5MM. I can tell that a deep wrinkle in the marionette lines has improved as well as the overall look of my face and jowls! Every time I use it I think of you and am thankful that you made it possible for me to have this device! Have a great week and weekend! xo

I wondered how they were going to get all your things up those stairs, never seen a machine like that before. Love the gym, we have ours at home as well, with most of what you have plus a walking machine, cross trainer, rowing machine, leg press and adjustable pull down machine, I love my home gym. You have a beautiful place, it makes such a difference when moving to a new country to live in a beautiful space, we were expats for 5 years and lived in two locations, I feel excited for you and a little jealous!! @@claudiaglows We lived in Sharjah, the Emirate next to Dubai for 1 year and then in Muscat, Oman for 4 years, we lived on a Shell campus, great life next to the beach and all facilities and a great private school for our son, he was 7 when we left, he is now 17 and goes to University next year. Here in Finland lots of the older homes (we call them Jugend-houses, but they represent the art nouvou movement) still have functional fireplaces, but of course many buildings had them closed off because they may house students ect. And you will not find a single actually very old home or house without a kamiina or a fireplace/large baking oven unless it was a peasants shack (those will still have something).

@@claudiaglows my beautiful, apartments in our country are not the same because the architecture is very different and because our economic situation in Romania has never been the best. There are very poor people or extremely rich, middle class, not so much, unfortunately. But we have a beautiful country and a deep history. Love is complicated 😂 That’s all i am saying..but i get a lot of love from my family and my best friends and that’s all that matters. This truly is a dream apartment, your work out room, your office, your husbands' office, your bathroom, his bathroom, all of the storage areas, and lets not forget the ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors! Hi Claudia..so you have settled..good!..It is a fancy schmancy place...and it comes with a handsome doorman! Keep the curtains as you will need it for privacy..i have lived in home like these with a window view to the building and it was a must. Youcan get shower curtian put it too, when I go to Europe I always spill the water all over and curtain is a must LOL.Well..yes that kitchen is a bummer...and you love to cut those veggies you need more table space...youcan create some in other room...inside ceiling detail is wondeful, so in tune with that era of Paris living..the old style..I like all old....Be happy there!! hug Jana ps I wish you get nice neighbours downstairs and jumping and exercising will be heard..I have a share of experince with this one too.....XO

What a beautiful apartment. I was looking at the detail on the walls and trying to imagine what color it was before being painted white. The French do beautiful detail work. What a nice big gym to workout in everyday. Your galley kitchen seems to have lots of cabinets on both sides. It is a lovely apartment. Can you see the Eiffel Tower, from your apartment, out of your windows? Love the fireplaces! The French have a unique way to move your furniture inside. That’s the first time I’ve seen that sort of thing, but it really works. Thank you for the tour. I know Sam is going to be very happy there. Glad to see your husband back from TDY.

And those enormous doors to the balconies to enjoy watching life walk around and to let the freshness of those trees get in! ❤️❤️❤️ You can enjoy those trees in all their seasonal beauty! 😍😍😍 It is a great idea to use the foyer as a Paris’ coffee shop little corner, so cute! 🥰 A couple plants here and there and that apartment will look as a palace! Well, it already is! And all the molding 😍😍😍 I even love the sound of the hardwood floors, it reminds me a gorgeous apartment we were living in Madrid and another one in New Jersey. Yes please! Share with us how it looks once everything is unpacked and where it belongs (well, show whatever you want 😁) That international move was amazing! And taking everything through the balconies 😵. I have become a packing and unpacking machine throughout these past years and I have mastered the science of moving! 😅😅😅 I can see that you are there as well, Master Claudia! 😊 Enjoy settling down in that amazing city and absorb all the excitement of living in Paris! You know, we actually do not know the square footage, but my husband is guessing 1200, however I think it is a bit bigger. Rents are outrages, similar to New York, this one is about 5000 Euro (we do not know the exact price, since it is Embassy housing). For Paris, this apartment is quite big. Many people live in tiny places, which are still expensive. It really is quite similar to NewYork as far as cost of living.

I was pretty sure the building was back to Art Deco’, because of the entrance tiles, very similar to mine, but the restoring was really great! Having gym class in your-place has an added value! ❤️❤️🥰

@@claudiaglows The Oralift is going well! I am up to one hour with the 3MM. I find that my jaws are a bit tired after the 1 hour, so I'm going to stay with the 3MM until the that subsides then I will begin the 5MM. I can tell that a deep wrinkle in the marionette lines has improved as well as the overall look of my face and jowls! Every time I use it I think of you and am thankful that you made it possible for me to have this device! Have a great week and weekend! xo

I wondered how they were going to get all your things up those stairs, never seen a machine like that before. Love the gym, we have ours at home as well, with most of what you have plus a walking machine, cross trainer, rowing machine, leg press and adjustable pull down machine, I love my home gym. You have a beautiful place, it makes such a difference when moving to a new country to live in a beautiful space, we were expats for 5 years and lived in two locations, I feel excited for you and a little jealous!! Here in Finland lots of the older homes (we call them Jugend-houses, but they represent the art nouvou movement) still have functional fireplaces, but of course many buildings had them closed off because they may house students ect.
And you will not find a single actually very old home or house without a kamiina or a fireplace/large baking oven unless it was a peasants shack (those will still have something).

Yes, the hallways are very tight :). I can not go through them with my husband, nor stand next to each other in the kitchen. But, the kitchen is really growing on me, though it is small, it is quite practical.

@@claudiaglows my beautiful, apartments in our country are not the same because the architecture is very different and because our economic situation in Romania has never been the best. There are very poor people or extremely rich, middle class, not so much, unfortunately.
But we have a beautiful country and a deep history.
Love is complicated 😂
That’s all i am saying..but i get a lot of love from my family and my best friends and that’s all that matters.
School is great, i’m trying to do my best but we are currently in a vacation because of the virus.

It will be so much fun to see it evolve. I know your neighbors will get a kick watching you run up and down the stairs...you will be doing that, right? Is there a courtyard or a place you can jump rope and stomp around without bothering neighbors? A bientot!

There is a courtyard, but a lot of people go back there to smoke, so not the best place to jump rope, but the park is very close by, and it is great for running and jumping around.

Your life seems so adventurous and fun.
It was actually quite boring the past 3 years. Living in Naples was not as adventures as we had hoped, esp. with the pandemic. But, I do feel very lucky to have so much change and adventure in my live.
