This video really shows Atrioc's actual ability as a Hitman player, not just a speedrunner.

Elusive targets are a one time thing.
You only get one chance, take planning into action. When you use instinct, you cannot detect the target that easily. You must look for the target and plan your assassination.
Plus if you die/fail, you lose the mission and you cannot go again.

Also forgot to mention, if you die, fail, you forever lose the target. In this case, in Elusive Targets Arcade, Elusive Targets Arcade is a brand new game mode in the Hitman 3 installation.
In other words, it’s escalations. And we hate escalation missions.
You get 3 or 5 targets to eliminate in a complicated way. For example, in one of the complications you either have to be required to Hide bodies, no pacifications(knock outs), Dont kill civilians. Also you get one chance, if you fail..you get a 12 hour cooldown.

Imagine multiplayer Hitman like Spy party. One person goes incognito and the other has the hunt him as the hitman, but can only kill one person. It will probably never happen but dam I would watch that.
Hitman 2 had Ghost Mode but they removed it for some reason, it was basically this.
I'm so glad that Ludwig took the time out of his day to explain to us what Elusive Target Arcade is. What a good grandson. Atrioc "Never Explains How This Works" Ewing really needs to start explaining what an Elusive Target is.
