Hey Atrioc, I'd be surprised if you see this, but as the person who came up with that Miami route, it was so cool to see you use it for this run. Amazing stuff as always. Thanks for bringing a spotlight to this game that we both have a love/hate relationship with. Even though Hitman makes me want to pull my hair out sometimes, it really is an awesome game. Thanks again!
Such a cool way to see him round out the Hitman era of the channel. Even left a huge amount of potential timesave for people to shave off. That wouldn’t have been possible if he didn’t add the time.

@@TheHippieRat Ohh right, but the reason he added time instead of resetting is because he was concerned he might never finish a run and so never get the WR. It's really really hard to have everything go perfect. I don't think he did it on purpose in some magnanimous way so that other people could beat it, but maybe I'm wrong

I think saying "back to Paris" It should be used in any game and just be said when you reset because it's honestly not bad slang, and it does have a certain ring to it

I do hope that after taking a break for a long while, atrioc does decide to come back to running this, even if more casualy, I 100% get not wanting to be a hitman stream, but maybe in a year from now or somth it could be fun to go back to it, the game gets him really happy (when he winnin) and its really fun to see

@@henrylezaich5215 at that point its a matter of time. Even if not on main channel it could still detract from it in his opinion. Speedrunning can be an addictive "one more second" type thing so I wanna see him smash the wr but also respect his decision to just leave it be.
Atrioc has mentioned on stream that he is still doing some speedrun attempts offline to try to get a cleaner WR before he stops for good and loses all his practice. Just 1 good run a day, nothing like the day-long grind sessions we see in this video

With the sum of Atrioc's current best segments, sub-30 has got to be possible with this route right? That's insane to me. I doubt Big A will ever go through the pain of trying to get sub-30, but Atrioc if you ever go for it I will be cheering you on!
The hunt for sub 30 would be great for a summoning salt video though
If you go to the run on speedrun website (Hitman 3 -> Full Game -> Trilogy Campaign -> SASO -> Master), there's a link of the in game time calculation in the run description. If Atrioc didn't reset he would have had a 28:34, which is probably close to the limit with these strats.
Further strat optimizations would probably be where you would look for even more time saves.

So I ran into atrioc at the airport last weekend, and I wasn't trying to bother him, but I guess he noticed me kinda looking in his direction, and he looks over at me and says "'comment allez-vous ce soir?" I was dumbfounded he was able to spend so much time speed running hitman AND become fluent in french. Absolute GOAT.

Only just started to play Hitman trilogy and I love it, I mostly plod my way through missions and take an hour to complete them or more. Great to see what is possible from this game as I started playing it so restricted :).
I hope he decides to come back to this after taking a break, these videos are some of the most entertaining on the Atrioc channel. I wonder what the next big game on the channel will be. We've had fall guys, monkey ball, hollow knight, hitman, etc.
