Come on, you're very patient. I don't think people know how difficult and random (ennemies hits for example) this game is. Well played for real, I searched for this to know how it ends. I can close this ~25 years old page now :) I guess you did some walkthroughs (I can kinda see it in your pathing) before playing this one because you did so well.

omg, such amazing memories. I played this game as a child for 30 years. it was sooo hard. but after hundret retrys i completed this game and makes a photo with the endscreen and with my old computer 286sx. :) and after 30th years i played it again now, thanks

There was a bug in this game where if you jumped from a specific place, you could hold on to the wall and jump again. 😁 Also, you missed a few warp zones. They were my favourite! And I used to play this on my dad’s laptop. Haha makes me feel very old now and am an 80s kid. Thanks for uploading 👍

When I was 5 years old, my father used to have this game and others like arkanoid and Prince of Persia in douzens of floppy disks. This is the game that marks my first 10 years of my life. Today I tried to beat the game again, but the 2 last levels continue to be the hardest, especially the last one. Such an anthology game

From what I remember you dont need the jet pack @3:31 to get the top two gems. You need to stand on the edge of the bottom blue step to jump and dave "climbs" the wall. Was always trying to save jet pack juice! Well that was over 3 decades ago, and so I may be off here 🙂
My dad used to bring video games like this one from work on his fancy usb drive. Old era it was fun, my eyes were shining everytime he brought something new. I remember muting this game when I played it because of its horrible sounds lol.
I keep coming back to this video, lol... finally finished the game. You're an absolute madman for doing the final part of level 6 without jetpack. btw, if you don't take the trophy in level 6 you can pass _through_ the door with the jetpack, and walk to the right on top of the level to access the level 8 warp zone area. Don't walk off the map edge though; it was never intended to have a warp zone, and trying to go to one locks up the game.

A lot of old games are actually available on GOG, but sadly this original isn't among them. I don't really understand why; they got a Dangerous Dave pack.
No big graphics or soundtracks ! Was always mesmerised with red brick and bland sound . My after school chill time , back in the day where. I get to play this eating snacks with uniform on . Core memory saved 😊😊❤❤❤
