That is: the second 999 melody has shades of melancholy and sadness. The last 9119 is almost like a dawn - the sadness has subsided. and 725 3 is a cheeky chin up. Like its all gonna be ok.
You're really onto something with this. I like to think that the chaos of the situation subsides and clarity and rational thought are achieved right around the 881 mark.

did you know that in most EU countries you can dial either 999, 911 or 110 and they will all work? that's so international visotors can use the number they are used to in an emergency!
