Using Google Earth I found the exact location of the scene at 0:28. It's in London, just north of St Katharine Docks. Also, it's exactly just above Rotherwick House which you can also look up.
You're right - good eye! Looks like they were standing on the second 'ledge' of one of the smaller Thomas More Square buildings facing southwest towards the Osprey Court apartment complex.
@@creaturesfromelsewhere203 Thanks. The reason it took me only five minutes to find that location is that I knew the location of the outdoor building used for outdoor shots of Renholm Industries, which is a few dozen meters away. It's a habit of mine to freeze any outdoor scene from any show and spend up to an hour trying to find it. It's amazing how sometimes the smallest clues, like a church in the background, or the style of street signs, can quickly get you close, even if you don't know what country the scene was filmed in.

A goth in full face paint Giving an old grieving widow a cradle of filth album is an amazing thing to see.
Plot twist: Denholm's mom ended up liking CoF, and became a goth!
The look Denholm's face as Richmond hands the grieving widow that CD gets me every time.
When even Denholm has more class at a funeral than you do, you know you fucked up
😮+😡
The missed opportunity is what if it did help. And what if Denholm's mum became a Goth?

@SidneyBroadshead more reason for Denholm sent him to the basement 😂
