I’m a Brazilian living in Singapore. My husband went to China and came back with this camera yesterday (March 07th 2023) to monitor our baby.
We were struggling to pair this device in our network! Almost crying and throwing this away… but because of your video, we did it and now everything is working! 🙏🏻🥹❤️
The tip we took from your video was to add “China Mainland” to location!
Only after that the camera works! 🎉
(While we kept marked as “Brasil” even though we are here in Singapore, the camera was showing that this device was not allowed here! After change to China, works ❤)!

Brother can you playback look the sound is loud or low...coz c400 normal its very slow . I cant hear human voice. People said bcoz c400 type hv one microphone only. How about that camera you review can you test it ..its loud or not

I try by changing the region to china and restarting the app. Unfortunately it’s not working for me. I’m in Bulgaria.
