i used 128 GB micro sd card and the device work perfectly with it. i don't know why they said this device only support 32GB storge🤔

Hello, I can't find motion tracking anywhere on settings:(
@andreeca Thank you for the question, to enable the motion tracking you need activate home surveillance.
Go to settings of the camera, choose Home Monitoring.
Also from settings you can choose automation and set if the camera recognized motion, it will wakeup the camera and active home surveillance. Let me know if you you succeed to set it up.

Tried "Automation" but it do not work. I choose IF - Motion detect , but it dissapear and go back in the begining :(
@andreeca try to reset your camera and repeat the process if it's not helping I recommend to check out if the app has updates and if the camera has firmware upgrades.
@@LevinsReview Firmware updated, App updated, fist try with reboot device from app - didnt work and reset from the button on device and pair it again but still do not work :(((
@andreeca That is frustrating!!! The only suggestion I have is to change your regions to US. Maybe some of the features are not working well on specific regions. From Mi Home app Go to profile choose settings press on region and change it. I changed it to US and everything works perfectly fine so I would recommend starting with US as well.
This can be tricky , the change of the region worked for me the the 3rd time. I hope this will help

Its a second hand? Its can be great deal just Make sure in the store it works properly
Its new , but i found some bad reviews about it like it send the notifications of motion detection way late and it send it to the app not to the phone screen, some ppl complain about the cam keep losing connection
