Hello, does C400 continues to record if it is not connected to a wifi network?

Is there a way to enable geofencing so that I only get motion alerts if no family members are at home?
That's not supported on Xiaomi cameras. Google Nest hub 2 has presence sensing but it cannot be used on Xiaomi cameras which is only limited to on/off on Google home/nest hub.
It doesn't have Bluetooth Gateway functionality, does it?

Can we use multiple device?
For all Xiaomi cameras, you can only pair a cam to one phone/account only. But you can share it to others (using their account) via the SHARE function on the app.

However, you can still logon to other devices using same account.
I installed it on my mobile and tried to log in from my tablet too but it stayed offline. Couldn t see anything.

Wala but i can access Xiaomi cameras on my tablet also by installing the app on my tablet and login same account.
You can also share the camera to others with Xiaomi account on their devices.

This is a wifi device. Kaya kailangan talaga mag-connect to a wifi router.

Pwede naman. But kailangan may ibang tao na mag-install sa camera dito sa 'Pinas. Then, you create your own Mi account para ma-share sa iyo ang camera. From anywhere, you can already watch the camera using the Mi Home app na naka-connect sa server ng 'Pinas/Singapore.

You can't use it in your region unless you connect your Mi Home app to mainland Chinese server.

You need to press/touch the Mic icon on the viewing screen of the camera on the Mi Home app every time you talk. The mic icon is on the left side of the screen.

hello bumili po ako ng c400 pero hindi ako maka subscribe ng cloud storage.
at first nung idedetect ko po yung camera region restricted daw to mainland china so ang ginawa ko po is yung settings ng xiaomi app ko ginawa kong mainland china, nadetect naman po and ang problem ko ngayon palaging nag cocorupt yung sd card ko tapos hindi naman ako makapag subs ng cloud. salamat po
Your unit is a Chinese version. That's weird because most C400 available online is the global version. Xiaomi always test their product in China before lauching a global version. Baka, ganoon talaga ang Chinese version.

its a $70 camera.. not sure what you expected
the quality is not great ofc but for me it get the job done as it seem to follow people and night vision is not bad
i respect your opinion but form it is very useful in a way that i can monitor the house when i’m away from home or inside the house. i can even tell the delivery boys to just leave the items outside the front door. i can also speak with the fam members and vice versa. it’s worth it. bro, do you a suggested brand other than c400 from xiaomi? plz share it..✌🏿✌🏿

Hi, is the region at the MiHome have to select where you are reside? I have issue that can’t view the camera at MiHome if i use mobile data.
You can still view the camera while on mobile data provided both your camera and Mi Home app on your phone are on the same region setting. Thanks

I don't see sound options in the settings menu. Does this mean it has no way to disable microphone? I need this for privacy reasons.
Xiaomi cameras' mic is always on by default. There's no way to turn it off.

how do you enable "Support local microSD storage for automatic loop recording?" Is this automatic, will it overwrite the older recording?
It's in 'Settings/Manage Storage/SD Card Status/Recording Mode/(choose) Always. It works like loop-recording.

My camera model is xiaomi c400 and i insert sd card 2 different sd card and when i go to manage storage down show couldn’t get info when i go sd card status there show again couldn’t get info
My camera it’s new i buy it 2 days before and I don’t know why my camera don’t read the sd card or what

@@HiTechTaBaisalamat po. Nilagyan ko na po ng sandisk extreme pro na 256gb. Pero lagi pong nag eerror at lagi po hindi mapanood yung recorded vids. May selected lang po na nasasave sa sd card. Why po kaya ganun? Nakalagay po sa manual need daw iformat as fat32. Pero nagtry po ako ireformat sa pc pero wala pong nakalagay na fat32 sa selection. Salamat po ulit sa sagot.
