You certainly have a nice family if they bought you a Titanium Bushbox XL. They're certainly not cheap! Hey, I enjoyed watching you make a meal with yours. Thanks for taking me along with you, my friend.
My pleasure William thank you for watching. They all chipped in and bought it for my birthday. I would’ve been happy with the stainless version but they treated me to the titan. I love the family almost as much as I love the XL.
Look at you,all smug with your new titanium bush box,I only ever get socks for my birthdays.Mind you my wife did see me watching a video where a guy made a stove from a metal vegetable colander so she bought me one from a charity shop!
Thanks for the video; you keep them simple and interesting. The Bushbox Ti is a nice addition to your kit. Happy Birthday! Right now, across the pond, we're enjoying a winter snow storm; so envious of your rain and damp forest...lol. Enjoy the woods!
Happy birthday Rob for next week. That stove seems a lovely bit of kit, You,ll soon qualify to be a fully signed up stoveollic. I adapted my Chinese stove same as yours to take a trangia, I drilled a couple of holes in it and used 2 tent pegs works well. Thanks for the video I really enjoyed it. Take care. Cheers, Ian
Just like a lot of others do. Funnily enough I know there’s a lot of wood in the woods, but there is a reason for it. It burns cleaner and doesn’t give off too much smoke, so as not to give me away. It doesn’t weigh much either.

You could have put some rice in with that meal .
Yeah I could’ve done. I’ve got plans for some rice.
@@robtherover A rice pudding by any chance ?.
This guy goes to a forest and he decides it's a good idea to bring his own wood.

@@robtherover it burns cleaner? Just don't get wet wood and you'll be fine. Also nice stove I'm going to buy one too.
@@bobafett8732 This kiln dried kindling doesn’t give off loads of smoke. You should love it. Are you getting the stainless or titanium version?
