Honestly so far Project Moon has adapted the book through my expectations. First im going to get into a spoiler territory, so if you haven't read the book nor completed the boss fight, don't read more. First off I love how the revenge story of Heathcliff was adapted well. Instead of using the Heathcliff we know to get revenge, project moon instead uses an alternative version of Heathcliff that gets his revenge by the number of people he has murdered. Hell even Heathcliff's promotion artwork shows a graveyard, showing the number of bodies Heathcliff had buried by the pain inflicted by the family and Catherine(as well as the ending scene of this battle). Basically what I'm getting to is that instead of using this Heathcliff that does the most horrendous acts to the family and others, they used mirror version of him that lore-wise makes sense. And one more thing is how Catherine says "marrying Heathcliff would degrade me" as someone who did an English hw on this specific passageway, I can say that the way project moon used is perfect. In the passageway, Catherine is on top of the wuthering heights, where Heathcliff overhears what Catherine says and gets infuriated. Another line that was present in the passageway was when she said "I loved him but he didn't" (Something something it's kinda foggy for me) which shows the irony that Heathcliff did love her back, but she never knew. And last, in the book, Heathcliff dies while saying he see's Catherine's ghost, just like how the mirror version of Heathcliff says as he bashes his head against the tree. This Canto is already a 10/10 and it's not even done yet.

Perhaps it was simply their nature to devolve into all-consuming beasts, wreathed in crowns of guts and gore. Perhaps their shared sense of vengeance against their counterpart propelled something… inhuman to snarl, to cry, to rake its claws against its enemies. Utter madness… was the only way to describe the catastrophe unfolding before the Sinner’s eyes. Even without the assistance of the other Sinners, the devilish hounds tore their own skin and bones, breaking limbs, and the rods of revenge clasped within their dribbling mouths. Vaporized tears turned hateful mist. Splattered blood strewn across the abyssal floor. Bat upon bat, gaze against gaze. For only a few seconds did they conflict, and yet for every second, innumerable wounds inflicted themselves upon the mutt in rage and the mutt in tears. The first confrontation had only now just ended, and the Sinners stood in formation with Heathcliff. Laughter draped in utter insanity echoed for little than a moment, before the wounded weeping hound finally charged at the combine.
Waiting when clock would finally hit noon and Dante would beat some sense in the Wolf. By own hands. SCREW you Carmen, you can jumpscare me as you want, but do not touch my sinners.

I was listening to this and saw the title and it just gave me the most horrible and knife twisty idea for another way the story could have went. It wasn’t the Ring or Hermann’s group that did Cathy in, not another Heathcliff… but Ricardo and the his middle goons being responsible for her death for stealing their hair coupons. Just dear lord that would be the worst possible timeline where it truly was Heathcliff’s fault. Not because of his anger, not because of insecurity, but because he didn’t thought the cute kitty stickers belonged to anyone important ^^

It actually still is Heathcliff's fault tho, since she became ill and spiraled into going down this rabbithole of consorting with the ring all because Heath left without actually hearing all of what Cathy had to say about him in her overheard conversation with Nelly.

Because then he'd just be a mob with a lot of health and good rolls. At least the gimmick is easy to understand once you realize Clashing with him is cringe.
We really don’t know if she dead yet. For all we know that the boss was talking crap. We just have to wait for the next part to see if she really dead or not.

@@Schinak We did see Cathy inside a tube, so maybe there is a chance that she isn't dead. I haven't read the book so I don't know much about it, but from the comments I saw that there was someone called Isabella-Linton's sister, who also has blonde hair too. And there was also "having her golden bough" thing.
