I've always wondered why Quagmire didn't just renovate that run-down apartment Brian sold to him instead of trying to get out of the 72 hours before the deal is finalised, as the trolls from Frozen 1 would say, it's a fixer-upper, I mean I'm sure Quagmire could see that it needs a lot of work and just fix things, heck Peter and Cleveland could have told Quagmire that it may look like crap but if Quagmire renovated it, it would be a fun thing to do, provided someonein the group knows how to fix a lot of the issues especially electric and plumbing, plus it could be a fun side business for Quagmire, outside of being a pilot that is, as he must get days off flying airplanes plus it must pay really well, so just use some of the money to renovate the apartment
