@@gtifury310 Thanks for your reply, And is it what you expected? I am thinking of ordering the new Prime Lite R but I hear there's a lot of flex in their seats, so maybe the Ers3 is the better choice I see there are different types of the Ers3?
@edwinmasselink1556 I got the fabric version. Didn't want to deal with sweaty fake leather in the summer. I don't feel any flex in the back of the seat, but I can't see myself either. From reviews I watched it has way less flex than the gt omega seats
Anyone got it yet, I got a SAAS D1-3001s. And I'm returning it, Thing hugs way to tight cruches my nuts siting in it an I'm 6 foot 1 120kg. It said to suit drivers up to 6,7 150kg. lol the head rest stops at my neck
I just got this installed on the rig on 9/25/24. I originally had the ERS2 but it had a failure and was also kinda uncomfortable for me. I’m 6’2” and a solid 125kg/275lbs. I wish this seat came out a lot sooner. It sits about an inch or so higher than the ERS1/ERS2 but there’s soo much more cushion and I was extremely comfortable. I’m running a fairly stiff loadcell pedal elastomer setup with Fanatec Csl elite V2 pedals and this has literally no seat back flex that I could notice. They really beefed up the reclining mechanism. And look guys…..for $250 this is an absolute STEAL!!! The seat material is a rubbery pleather feel to it. Not in a cheap or bad way. It’s feels much better quality than I expected. Only time will tell how it holds up but I think it will wear a lot better than the ERS2 did. It was starting to have cracking and seam splits after just a little over a year of use. Broke 2 months outside of warranty. All in all, if you’re on the fence about this seat, PULL THE TRIGGER!!!! I’m absolutely loving it. I have a 2hr race tonight that I’m sure will be a Breeze. The quick “con” is that the seat material may have you getting a little sweaty during a long session, but no seat is perfect, right??? 😅
The ERS3 is the best sim cockpit seat I have ever used and the most comfortable. Not to mention it is also the cheapest. A win win
Just ordered one along with a GT Omega Prime cockpit. I'm so ready for the upgrade from the wheelstand DD!
@gtifury310 It will fit the Gt omega Prime? I can't find that on the web
@edwinmasselink1556 yes. Any seat will fit on any aluminum profile cockpit. I just finished putting it all together yesterday
