I use sony vegas to render and the Elgato hd for PS3 and retro consoles and the Elgato hd60 pro for all the other hdmi consoles/PC. th-cam.com/video/bKM2eznCotY/w-d-xo.html That link is the render settings i use. At 2:45 in the video (and for most of my videos) i use 1440p resolution, so just type in if you want to use 1080p, 1440p or 4k and you are good. Here is some videos rendered at 4k using those settings. Look pretty outstanding. th-cam.com/video/ktbdyoqtOqw/w-d-xo.html th-cam.com/video/SYNVsRzXO8o/w-d-xo.html What i found as well is that the higher resolution you render at, the better the lower resolutions will look on youtube. For example in those 4k videos, 720p looks a million times better then it would if you were just rendering at 720p
