What nobody said is that in order to replace a broken screen/digitizer, you don't have to go full disassembly. Reach 2:40 and remove bottom panel, then lift the screen from the bottom side of the phone (left & right of the home button), because it is GLUED to the aluminum chassis. Slide the screen flexible cable thru the hole to get it out, then put some glue (UHU or PVA) and attach the new screen.
