Very Good Dr sb. This is my personal experience that most of the cardiologists are unaware of this method or have incufficient knowledge . They are normally discouraging their patient to go by this procedure. Your explaination about this is very informative. Thanks & Best Regards
Dr Afzal Thanks 🙏 but in my Openion EECP test is not for every one , in 2016 This test done Applied for my Husband In PA USA 🇺🇸, but after this test my complication started and Blood 🩸 Pleasure high Started then his Kidneys started Fail side and In The end he died in2018 . So in my openion Every one dont try please , it’s better God for bid If Heart Blockage then Stint should done or Open Heart Surgery is better. My uncle had 2 stents and he did 35sessions of EECP 2years ago. He was not able to walk before EECP. But after EECP, he has been doing walk daily without problem. Now he will do it again next month.
Dear Sajila, EECP is not a test but it's a therapy. Anybody can go through this therapy except the patients having either DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis) or Vericose Vein problem. I don't think the doctors started the procedure without investigating all drawbacks. The patients of DVT, Vericose Vein are thoroughly treated fist then EECP can be given. You are unnecessarily worried about the complications and death of your husband. It wasn't due to EECP for sure.
Well done Dr Sb you brief us in a very simple and informative way. The rubbery of private hospital done the moral of doctors and mostly people don't get treatment due to huge charges. This should be controlled through legitimately to avoid unbearable service charges from public.

I have a photo copy Shop in backward area of punjab means D. G. Khan. Iam 58 years old. My RCX and LCX are normal but LAD is good vessel with mayocardial bridging at The mid of artery. Dr. Sb. Salam, dear Dr Afzal sb, i am myself a Dr, and having 2 stunts in LAD, still have complain of palpitation, first it was off and on, but now its occassional, no other complain,, except PEDAL OEDEMA, which is diagnosed as due to taking Amlodipine, and thsts correct, bcz when i stop it, oedema becomes corrected, i have tried Zestrill, and Valsartan, but these both doesnt suit me, and after few days starts chest discomfort, so again started Tab COVERSAM 8/10 MG, and pedal oedema is there once again, so pkzzz can you guide me, what medicine should i use? Thanx enough my dear Dr Sb.

Sir for pedal edema we always advise to combine hydrchlorothiazide with amlodipine that works wonderfully to relieve this issue
