Thanks for this. I can't get the swing arm bolt out at 10mins 14secs. Hammer pulling all day. Think I'll need something hydraulic at this stage to get it out. Phew.
Useful video - but looks like someone has replaced the original stay-bar / anchor bar to FD bolt with a button head stainless bolt. This should be a high tensile 8.8 bolt so stainless is not suitable. Please fit the correct spec bolt for your own safety.
