Mouthwatering my yummy& refreshing egg pulao. Concern is will the hard boiled eggs not turn stone hard when sautéed with the base gravy till it runs dry? Should the eggs be soft boiled first? Experience says too much egg cooking will harden the protein in the eggs. As the video shows egg when sliced as a garnish on top has a greyish tinge at the rim- not a very pleasing look in presentation. Plz suggest an alternative where there is both taste& flavour. Thnx
