Anxiety is a huge problem that ppl don’t understand. Awhile back it would literally take control over me and would get to the point of feeling like passing out. It’s a horrible feeling being in a large crowd.
I know I’m the same way. I have a friend who’s the opposite. He gets anxiety if he’s alone so he needs large groups of people around him to feel comfortable. Weird how we’re all so wired different. I wish I was a little more extroverted that’s for sure

I sub to a lot of competitive eating channels and I don't get why your channel wasn't suggested to me before now. TH-cam needs to update their algorithms. At least I found your channel, and I'm subscribed now! Thank you for a great video, and I'm now gonna check more of them now. :)

Nate, you mentioned that the guy said “cutting against the thread” was wrong. I’m assuming he meant cutting against the grain of the meat. This is actually what you want to be doing when eating as cutting it in parallel would make your bites much more chewy and harder to eat. Maybe he wanted you to fail. Lol.
One thing I notice, hell I would barely be able to get 20% eaten of what you eat, but the question is why hurry, why not take it a bit longer and enjoy the food more. Yeah I understand competitive aspect, but? It amazes me how you do it. Stay safe.
Nice Challenge completion. It would have been ok to post if Katina finished since we only get a sneak peak. The second steaks looked very "rare" but good.
Dude i have a question, for the training challenge , when I want to eat a lot of fruit or vegetables, like 6 pounds of watermelon, or 6 pounds of cabbage. I tried this one day but then after an hour or two, I was having nausea, diarrhea, indigestion. So how you and other competitive eaters do it ?? Hope you will answer me to that question.
