These figurines I believe are interactive with the Wizarding World play sets. They have magnets on for ex. Castle and if you put a figurine there it cause other parts or items to open.
Okay, I'm such a child at heart that this one is my favourite so far! It's so cute and so magical! Plus, I have the castle that goes with these figures (the reason they have a magnet under their feet is because when you put them in the castle or the additional decors, it makes things move or it makes sounds and stuff! And the bubbling cauldron has the hinge because of that too btw!) so it would just be perfect for me!
This is hands down the most thoughtful and intentional advent calendar I’ve ever seen! Every item is true to the scene, beautifully detailed (I don’t mind the tiny candies only have decoration on one side since they’re sooooo smol), and exceptionally well-paced! So often it seems like they just throw them in at random but this one seemed to pace out the characters, bits and bibs, and animals really well. LOVE the ingenuity of the wand light to reveal the numbers. Absolutely blown away.
I can't believe that none of the product inspectors for that company didn't look at hermoinie's outfit and say "...she sort of looks like she's topless 😶" 😂
It looks like there is a magnet underneath the “floor” part of the display so I think the figures can stand next to each other just in front of the Christmas tree. :-)
This! I noticed immediately that ravenclaw was on the bottom and thought it was odd that it wasn’t on top of one of the sides, as they knew enough to put a tower window with a sky view
This is definitely the favorite HP calendar so far. The tiny chocolate frogs and butter beers were so cute. Everything else was also so adorable. My child is 28 years old, but i am considering buying this for them. They have been a huge fan since they were 5. I hope I can get this one in the US. Yes, it available here!
My son just turned 34, and my daughter recently turned 31, but even they agree I'm just as much of a Harry Potter fan as they are. After years of searching, I found Hermione's beaded bag, and my daughter bought it for me!

I really liked this calendar, it feels very unique tbh. I just wish they made more adult calendar stuff, I’ve been watching a lot of unboxings and there’s always toys, stationery or cheap jewelly, i just wish they made one but thing things more interesting for adult fans, even if it were a bit more expensive 😢
Really wished they'd put in Ron's terrier patronus instead of that god-awful extendable ear thing, that the candies were printed on all sides, and that there were three butter beers so they could each have one, because with those fixes this would be ace but those little shortcuts and oversights really really cheapen the whole thing, although knowing that it's 40 lbs does make it seem more reasonable
I have a couple sets on these minis, and the Harry set I got comes with a similar cauldron, and if you place Harry’s foot in a certain spot, the magnet makes the cauldron bubbles open up. That’s what those magnets are for.
While not my favorite calendar, it is the best for its creativity. I like how you have to look for the numbers adding to the experience. The nitpicky side of me wishes for more characters or more items the figures can hold or wear. But this was a cute calendar.

I can imagine you open it with your kids. Not sure who would enjoy it more. A delightful one for kids. They can actually play with this after christmas.

I love the magical mini series it’s so fun you can get little class rooms and. A big hogwarts plus sets like honey dukes and hogwarts express and a diagon alley set all quite cheap plus lots of figures in a cute version of voldermort.
This is a great one! So cute, and no real disappointing gifts. I do wonder if maybe the wand can be used to shine up through the bottom of the cauldron and illuminate the inside? It looks like it would fit but the view of the bottom is not clear. Regardless, I think one is worth the cost and just adorable! I’m 53 and would totally buy this for myself!😂🥰
That’s an entire work of art!! I love that it is such a beautiful display you can put on a mantle or shelf for the holiday and that it is so easily tucked back in to be tucked away is 10/10! Love this one!!

What a magical calendar! The only improvement I can think of is if the little numbered cases opened the other way around so that the interior display setting would've remained undeteriorated because the artwork is fantastic. 🥰

I did this the old fashioned way; one cubie per day from 12/1 thru 12/24. I totally enjoyed the journey. (I’m 65 and forget how fun the advent calendars are.)

I wish instead of the ear, which is barely noticable, it should have been Ron's patronus, and somewhere Hermione should've had some kind of additional clothing piece like even just a Hogwarts robe. This is a really cute calendar though. It would be cool if next year they made another one with the silver trio or if they sold miniatures for other major characters and some extra accessories. These kind of look like the dolls I have seen in stores for them but they're much bigger than these

They step on the magnet under the playset and the cauldron opens on its own. Even the magic want that comes with it is a reused item. Surely someone else notices the fact that Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw's common rooms should be the other way around as Ravenclaw and Gryffindor are in towers and the other 2 are in the basement/dungeon. Or am I just to nitpicky,.

When Hermione was opened I definitely shrieked "Why is she naked?!" Not a good choice of color for that particular doll. 😂
