Great video! I've setup a couple of channels doing this and it works really well. I think more people should be doing it. Also, affiliate marketing using this method would have to be one of the best ways to make money online. I'm documenting my journey in affiliate marketing on my channel and will start covering this in more depth soon.

This doesn't work ive tried it. You will never get views using creative common videos and affiliat links don't work even if you get views. I had a video with 100,000 real views and not one person bought anything off affiliate links. The only people who make money are the ones claiming to teach you how.

Actually using creative common videos can work pretty well, i am from France and there is for example a channel called "Lama Faché" that just take creative common videos from different languages and just translate them and upload, they are very successfull. So there are ways to earn money with creative commons, you just have to study the market and find your own way =)
Actually you can earn through creative commons, But you need to have 1000 subscribers, not only that TH-cam also well review your channel,
BEWARE, MISLEADING VIDEO!!! There's a lot of risk involved in what you're teaching here, Kevin. You conveniently missed out a few points, such as: (i) if the creative commons video you're copying from has committed a copyright violation, you can land in trouble (ii) there are a ton of "copied" videos with next to no views, so the chances of striking it big are nowhere as easy as is being made to appear in this video.
Umm...apparently you didn’t watch the whole video. He actually says that youtube is ok with Creative Commons and no one should get in trouble or shut down.
Whats Hot, many channels pass off other channels’ footage as Creative Commons and get penalized. This can take you down as well.

People make money off of ads they put on video and also deals or sponsorships too but for ads you need to reach the requirements needed for the TH-cam partnership program

I was reading that to make money on TH-cam you need to be approved to have ads on and that could take at least a month...is this a different way?
