    All foods are perfect, well but one u can add i.e. Garlic- Lahsun Ye akela hi apna cardiovascular system thik karne me saksham hai.. Rojana 1 ya 2 pieces kachha khane se..     Stremonium is the best medicine for people who are stammered by fear.
    My son was threatened by teacher and he started stammered. I gave him stremonium 200 - four tables. With two doses he got cured. He gave speech also next day. Please help people. Very thankful to you. Sir.

    Sir, I think for these diets may be increase Vitamin K , and as per doctor blood would be thick due to consume Much Vitamin K. Is it correct...??
