I enjoyed the ending/it was fantastic Bond film as Daniel Craig,s last role as 007

Happy you liked it. I get it that it, in a way, was a fitting ending. But still, I never put on that movie since it doesn't make me feel good. And Bond movies for me are feel-good movies. /Klaus

Bond has always been a greek tragedy character, and I feel that the film could have ended with Madeline and daughter thinking he sacrifices on the island, as Bond can not be with them due to the nano weapon. However he escapes and last film shot is him at his beach house, opening Felixs cigar. This allows him to survive as a reward for his service. Bloefeld and Safin not winning with Bond loosing his life. However Bond has to accept that he can not be with his family but he can enjoy life to the best he can. Tragic, but a true Bond film where Bond still lives.

Sounds so much better. Craig's ending, that movie in general, it just didn't hold up for me. It's not even a rewatchable film.
