I was afraid that Maritza would be "evil because Im evil", but I was surprised that it all was a little deeper. She was manipulated by Forest Protectors into stealing the book. I love this show. The group will most likely forgive her since season 3 is about hello engineer and you can play her as a main character in the game along with the rest of the group ( except Delroy and Finch ). BTW finch is confirmed to be playing a bigger role in season 3.
