The last Vegeta vs 21 matchup was a series of tragic events; - Ki blast didn't kill because of the debuff - Hook didn't confirm the stray ki-blast hit because he didn't believe - Hook's challenge on the super dash probably would have worked if he did 5L instead - Hook gave up after Fenrich OTG's which let the dropped combo still work
