Had no idea if this was tied to any, uh, hypothetical unfound (legitimately, anyways) content that might have been made easier in the new version considering I just did this fight in the Switch version after finding... a thing and meeting this character in South Town. Which is something that used to crash this version of the game until this update I was fully expecting the prompt to have been disabled completely on non PC versions of the game, but instead now it suddenly works instead of whatever was supposed to be found in the Mountain Town before this update
@ShioSatou Something that used to crash the game on everything but PC because the intended method was supposed to be different depending on the platform the game is being played on. But suddenly on the Switch version, the Aviators? prompt works and even spawns Chad into the area, something that was never possible until I.V. There's a good chance that not only was the method to achieve any hypothetical New Game + exclusive ending was unified across all versions since only the PC version had any progress made towards it, and the brothers said on a pre-release podcast when asked about a "third" ending that they won't be doing anything as "experimental" in I.V since their not-really-but-it-has-the-vibes ARG was never solved
@ShioSatou There is a train track in the overworld that, once you get the car and can properly explore in Chapter 4, you can use to very easily (and deliberately) drive out of bounds and around the map to the tower at the top of the map, the same tower seen throughout the game and even the very first cutscene in I.V. This tower has a prompt allowing you to enter it, but nobody has found out how to get it to work. ...Legitimately. People on PC were able to force the prompt to work, leading to a very different ending route which was even updated from version 1.06 to version 1.25, implying that, yes, this is something meant to be played and found legitimately. The devs have talked a bit about it here and there, but the next step of the puzzle appears to involve a cipher hidden on Onism that nobody has been able to even find, let alone solve. This could be due to the fact that very few people (in the pool of all people who have actually played the game) are even aware of this puzzle being in the game
Im trying to find the key for the puzzle but i seem to only find one chad, i guess i might need to find one in another game. Before i finish this comment, i sold my heart for a dollar... does that mean i wont be finding the key anysoon?
Might want to make Chad's face bigger in a QoL update. Feel bad for the poor guy.

And now I'm wondering if you have to not activate this fight and potentially find a way to get here at
Some point
Hm
Never know, honestly
what did you find?

@@MoochMoment What much is known about obtaining said 3rd ending? I'm somewhat out of the loop with it as I've only played I.V
