If you set your air compressor to the psi then you can just leave it on for a while so u know it's full?

I can use it for paint solvent cleaner?

You can use it for anything that can be stored in steel. If the paint solvent came in a steel can, then there's a good chance it will work with a Sure Shot. A great example of something that should not be stored in Sure Shot cans is bleach.

It is NOT a horse. It is a Shetland Pony 😃
So it should be NightMare Shetland Pony Industries AKA Nireshepoi.

i have 2 of those. They leaked since the very beginning. If i fill them in the evening, next morning my work bench will be soaked in rust penetrator. If anyone has an idea on how to tune/fix them...

If those are Milwaukee SureShots then there are spare part kits available for them. However, since those have been leaking since new, I doubt the trouble is not the needle valve or anything that is supposed to keep the fluid inside.
Where is the fluid leaking? From the nozzle or from the handle side?
If it is leaking from the nozzle I would check for any debris in the valve/canister. Those could keep the needle valve from closing.
On the other hand, a leak from handle side is because the needle valve stem seal is not sealing. In this case a sparepart kit might help.
