150g Green Beans
1stalk Leeks
1can Corn Kernels
1can Slice Mushroom
150g Petchay
4pcs Potato
30ml Milk
25g Butter
Flour for the beef
To taste Salt and Pepper

What is the purpose why you need to fry beef before boiling? can you boil beef first before frying?

To seal the flavor of the beef. For me no, it would be more flavorful if you fry the beef first. The cooking method that I use is called braising. 😁
