Nice video and good list! I’m very lucky to be in a study group with Suthin and he’s amazing. We meet a few times a year and I’m learning a LOT. Keep up the cool videos!
I could not agree with you more but I would have to include Jonas Dupuich. He has not trained formally in Japan but he has collaborated with many great Japanese growers. He also has the skill of communicating exceptionally well I guess I would have a hard time limiting the list to five and would probably need to make it 10 or 20 so I could include Ryan, Eric and so many others. No question Peter Tea is my all time bonsai Super Hero and I think the single most talented bonsai professional in the USA. Great video !!! Thank you, Mats H
I love Ryan Neil's Bonsai and all that he does for the hobby, he didn't make the list as someone I would want to train with because with how much he has going on, I would not get the same learning experience as the others.
@@OjaiBonsai I totally respect that and Ryan. Everyone will have a different list based on their experience. And mine may change as well as the time passes.
nice sci-fi !!! i'm to old to understand the icon/bar code or whats it called... but never to old to enjoy an learn something ...tks for your films !!!
@@BenBSeattle Thank you for the video and your input into bonsai community. Have been watching your videos for a while now and really enjoy them. As far as the link - it just points to their website. Maybe I am also too old to figure out where the correct one is :)
@@BenBSeattle hi Ben, I scanned all 4 - no results, two point to their site and 2 point to your facebook page. In either case - I do have plenty of the tools - i was just wondering. Maybe someone else who needs it more will get be able to open it. Thanks for your great work! - Very inspiring over the years.
Josh Roth Tools Entries will be selected by 12/15
Probably the most creative Bonsai video I've seen in 2024. So much work! Loved it.
thank you!
Tea Tip #8: Bonsai soil was really helpful. Thanks for the video - Peter Tea is great!
Totally agree!
Great look into Peter's nursery and really appreciated his tips! Thanks, Ben.
Ben, this one your best videos. Very entertaining and informative. Watched already 3x
I totally agree with your list, and your comments on how you selected your top 5!

Great video Ben. Really enjoy tips and hints from you. Has helped with my bonsai journey here in Australia 😎👍🏻
Nice hype up video while headed to Kannapolis for the silhouette show!
Peter is the best! Honored to have him as my teacher
Peter Tea works with our Minnesota Bonsai Society. I met him for the first time this summer. He's great. Glad to see he's your no. one.
Great video
I have trained with Peter T when he was in Minnesota with the Minnesota Bonsai Society. He is as nice as he seems.
so humble and very knowledgeable. Shares his knowledge without feeling like he has to take money from you for it.
Awesomee!
I was surprised not to see Ryan Neil on the list
I love Ryan Neil's Bonsai and all that he does for the hobby, he didn't make the list as someone I would want to train with because with how much he has going on, I would not get the same learning experience as the others.
His brand is geared to teach in high volume and not high touch.
Ya. Ryan Neil is number 1 in my book. He was taught by number 1 in Japan. 🤷♂️.
@@OjaiBonsai I totally respect that and Ryan. Everyone will have a different list based on their experience. And mine may change as well as the time passes.
Was thinking the same thing. But also understand why not.
Excellent video. I’d like to get into bonsai; I think I may lack the patience though.
Maybe I can pay you a visit sometime.
Friiiiidayyyyyy
Assume I go camping in auburn every year on the American river that good to know that Peter tea lives there

El arte del bonsai no todo tienen talento nato
I didn't even know there were people who did bonsai "full time." Does he get paid by selling his trees?
I suppose the big question here is why you left Ryan off this list?
I've been watching you since you started
Thank you so much Mark!!

@ J’adore la créativité. J’ai justement été très déçu de ne pas pouvoir regarder ta vidéo à cause de la traduction automatique qui remplace ta voix.
