🍜RECIPES:
Herby Sweet Potatoes, 2 servings (from the Fivesec Health App)
2 sweet potatoes (about 400g)
1 can chickpeas
1/2 tsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp coriander, ground
1/2 tsp cumin, ground
For the dressing:
1/4 cup hummus
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dried dill
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
Mushroom Olive Pasta (will soon be on the app)
200g mushroom
1/2 cup olives
400g crushed tomatoes
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp basil dry
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
Pepper
Pasta for 2 people
Garlic Peanut Noodles, 4 servings (from the Fivesec Health App)
4 garlic cloves
1 inch piece ginger
1 carrot
1 zucchini
2 cup broccoli
For the sauce:
1/2 cup peanut butter, unsweetened
1/2 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp tamari
2 tbsp rice vinegar
Water to thin
Noodles:
1 packet soba noodles (270g)

Thank you so much for your videos Alexandra. I have your app now and it's the best app ever! All my life I was on some kind of diet, trying to lose weight. I hated my body and myself. Now for the first time in my life and don't diet anymore and instead I am focusing on cooking fun and vibrant meals. Your app means everything to me. Before I started eating like this 6 years ago I had similar things going on in my mind, searching for a way to eat that made me feel good. I was wondering when you were going to upload because i always get so excited! I love how you're willing to share your journey with us. I tried your '''Loaded potatoes'' which is SOO yum. That hummus cheese sauce i could literally gulp it down that's how good it was. I also made ''smoked paprika pasta'' of your app today for dinner and it smelt and tasted so delicious. When i tell you i grabbed a second plate of pasta because it was that good but then again am not surprised. You make the most creative, simple and tasty meals. I'm honestly so glad i discovered you. Sweet video especially when you were telling your families the news about the baby. Don’t you love persiana blinds! I miss mine from when I lived in Chipiona on la Costa de la luz! Makes the room so dark for the best sleeping. All the food looks amazing! I’ve done a similar pasta dish but I never thought to add white beans. Going to try that soon!

I have bought your app last week and I am obsessed 🤩. Sadly, it’s too cold to eat smoothie bowls right now, but I am craving all the smoothie bowls from your app 😂
Awww yay! ❤️ haha yes it's not ideal to eat a cold smoothie bowl in cold weather but usually it's worth it 😆
I had very bad nausea in my first trimesters. What worked to decrease my sickness was increased B Vitamins, nuts and fortified cereals.

Hey, can you do a video on the supplements that you use, that would be an informative video for vegans I think... , I'm also a vegan myself and looking into supplements that I need. 😊
It's so heartwarming to see you but clothes and other baby stuff for your baby. Last year we had to terminate my pregnancy at 21 weeks cuz the baby had problems. Fortunately i got pregnant again now and I am so darn scared to do anything related to baby. We've not thought about a name, we've not set up the baby's room. Absolutely nothing. So you buying stuff for your baby gives me hope ❤🤗
Aww I'm sorry, and also happy for your pregnancy 🥰 I also thought it was a bit scary to buy some things but I try to have a positive mindset about it 💕

It would be awesome if the play button went to the specific recipe instead, that will take some time to fix but I will definitely look into that ☺️ thanks for feedback!
you need to try to cook fresh broccoli in the microwave it just takes 3min and it cooks it perfectly

Can you tell me what kind of creamer you used in your coffee or tea? I’m not sure what you were drinking for a hot beverage but it look like your creamer or milk got creamy I have been struggling with getting off half-and-half the only thing left that is not vegan. I really need a replacement that is creamy I have to have my coffee really creamy, I don’t like it when it’s dark. Thanks place to get back to me.

It's called Ficvesec Health :) You can filter on free recipes, but if you want access to all of it, meal plans and new recipes every week you can choose between monthly or yearly subscription (price differs depending on country)
