Chickens are lucky they get their own trampoline I never even got one 😮😜🤣 thank your wife for putting a woman's touch on it I guess I'm gonna do it now
Your video is SUPERB. As you started it, I had question after question and you answered all of them. The fence looks absolutely beautiful. I have crappy fencing all over my homestead. Told myself I'd replace them once I was sure to need permanent fencing, and when I'd have enough money to spurge on nice fencing. To date I still can't afford to pay thousands for fencing. But I can surely spend a couple of hundred bucks for a well made fence like yours. You have inspired me greatly!!!
This is a very good design and we will be using this for our raised bed garden fence. Ours is 60x80 so we have alot of work ahead of us and we just secured a supply of pallets that will more than cover our area. Thank you for sharing this design with us.
This is great! We currently moved into a home that has no back yard fence and we have two dogs that need some running around, and also dont want to have to walk them every time. This seems like it will be a good temporary fence solution until we can afford a fully built privacy fence. Thank you so much for this video!
Nice. I went three pallets between posts. Im going around my whole yard 70×120. The town cop came by and said he didnt like it. Called me a hill billy. I have a permit though. I told him to wait till i painted it
You know, I have seen some pretty ugly houses. Love and let live, I say. Avert your eyes if you don't like it. I agree that painted looks better, though.
I just watched this and it’s awesome idea I even started my fence ❤❤ but do your chickens fly over? I’ve clipped my chickens wings but the still fly jump over everything still 😂
I need help. I want to make a pallet fence around my yard to separate the dogs and chickens. I live in the Texas Hill Country and can't dig 3 inches because it's complete rock. Is there a "no dig" solution that doesn't involve driving posts because that's not an option out here. Your advice is greatly appreciated. I absolutely love your fence.
The 1X4 just follows along the flow of the terrain, not touching the ground, but only about a cm or less from it. I screwed it directly to the face of the upright 4X4s, pallets and upright 2X4s. Hope that helps to clarify...
I just watched ten pallet fence videos and this is by far the best. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks Keith! The fence is still holding up strong through the winter and when they are built this robustly, they last
Exactly
How much would a fair price be for someone to build something like this?

Three years later I asked myself the same question.

How long did it take for it to be done?
Debbie Day, have you considered L shaped brackets bolted into the rock?
did you use 2×4 & 4×4 post

maybe use a 5 gallon bucket, fill with concrete, then insert the post?
How did you deal with the bottom? Do is see 2 1x4s sandwiching the vertical 2x4s?

@@bamabackyardfarm6746Question :
Are the 2x4s concreted in the ground as well, and if not, how are they in relation to the ground?
Not badtattall!
Kinda corny ! But all in all good job !
Thank you for your video
