OMPHOBBY M4 with Rotorflight 2 Snapshot 230602

Guess I needed to calm down with the P and I terms and add more FF. Also, RF2 RPM filtering works way better. This is with only RPM gyro filtering and pid_dterm_mode = gyro. VERY happy with how my little OMP M4 is flying on RF so far.
Almost plowed it in at 5:28 :)

What FC and ESC are you using? I'm getting close to pulling the trigger on an M4 and trying out Rotorflight, but the number of hardware options is intimidating...

I am using a Diatone Mamba MK4 Mini F722 and at the time it was a Hobbywing Platinum V4 80A. I have switched back to the OMP ESC now that the Rotorflight 2 snapshots support telemetry from it.
Yeah the options are a little dizzying! But there's the Steam/Tarot Flydragon F722 Rotorrflight FBL and an F405 one from Flywing which should make things much easier.

Nice flying. I’m curious what’s the rpm you’re flying? Sounds like 2800rpm

I thought I had it at 2600, but it was actually a touch over 2700 according to the blackbox log. The lower speed at the beginning and end was 2200.
