this is why parents shouldn't interfere with children's marriage problems like that, giving advice is good but stepping into their problem is a big no no. let them solve it by themselves

because the wife keep nagging ,
at first i'm watching it because of dong jun..then i realize the plot of the story are very much alike to reality of todays married couple(the young generation). it is a good story, being fair does not refer to things or money, it is a consideration of each other situation and a need in a quality conversation.

First time i watched this show because of Yewon, i didn"t know she's also good in acting, i liked her so much that i try to watch some of her old show...very nice and the story too... love it, hope all singles watch this before getting married... I"ve been watching her reality show WGM with Henry. All is fair in love....
you will never know each other unless you live together. there is no such thing as "perfect" in relationship. it is a matter of respecting and adjusting to each other. dont let "pride" ruin your relationship. couple always calculate each other of who work hard and spend the most. the best thing to a relationship is "value" each other. once 1 of the 2 boast misunderstanding arises.

They should show this movie in schools...High school, Universities, and for newlyweds. They teach so much about book learning in school, and not real life. This would be a great learning tool after the next step of being in love and then living together.

This is the second episode I've watched & it's pretty good I like it ~ I've been married 4 over 28yrs now & we R still learning from each other WE try our best 2 listen 2 each N 2 talk 2 each other....so patience is what we need to understanding but above all WE must like/love each too.............All in all I like this series!

i think both are in the wrong. but dongjun did make her burst.. first you don't order your wife around like a servant and belittling her just because you earn the money. second he never said thank you or I'm sorry to her.. n when he does it, it is too late cuz she had closed her heart for him, third yewon did mistakes by revenging him (but revenge is sweet).. anyway it is a great drama.. this tells the guys that they have high ego and girls would still be patient but like ppl said a person's patience has it limits...

My wife (Korean) and I have been married 37 years. Both of us are opposite of each other. If I say it's sunny outside, she would say it's cloudy. In any marriage there's conflicts getting to know each other period. When she gets mad at me it's for days into weeks but she never let me go hungry. Not that I can't feed myself. That's how she is. If I'm mad it's for a couple of hours and I walk away. We don't consol our problems to friends and family, they would be too bias and side for the other and would say something they soon will regret. Both of us are stubborn and we often compromise when it comes to working on a project at home. Never have done the things I have done, she thinks she knows how to do it better. Both of us are retired but when the two of us were working I would help around the house. I helped in the cooking, cleaning the house, vacuum, etc. She then would go behind me (except cooking she likes my cooking) and do what I have just done to make sure it was done right. After awhile, I got tired and just let her do it yourself. It stop her complaining. When you have two individuals are very independent, there will be conflict but nothing that can't be resolved. I see the negative comments about men and some are not too far from the truth, but it also applies to woman as well. Often time one tries to make a change to the other and not see the faults that they have. I love seeing Korean Drama movies but I can't stand the yelling at each other or try to yell louder than the other as if they are making a point. It doesn't work that way. Through the years I see the sensitivity in her and I know what to say when she's hurt. I comfort her by holding her to let her know that I'm here for her. You have to ask yourself this question. What is it about him/her that I fell in love with instead of trying to prove how right you are. If I should lose her today, I would lose the best part of me. She made me who I am.

I guess the reason why he never lets her handle his income is because she isn't a wise spender.. that's why he gave her the ledger to monitor their daily expenses which I think is good.. It could help her budget their money.. I think what's lack in them are proper communication and understanding & accepting ones weakness & differences.. as a newly wed couple they should help each other & sort things out..

I have to say... I am on the Yewon's side. Although I love Dongjun, I can't be on his side. He treated his wife like trash and didn't care about her family and about the things that she cared about either. She had always sucked up to his family... I would never want to be like this, but this is reality for some people. I think that they played the characters really well! Also.. Why is this restricted for those under 15? Makes no sense to me.

nice movie :) as for me i don't believe in splitting expenses between couples. couples marry so that they could be one :) so why not keep the funds together as one irrespective of who brought it? many husbands think the household chores that a wife does is too simple.. but it really isn't. i guess men should understand that and respect how hard a wife works at home and help her whenever they get the time instead of ordering things like she is a maid servant... If I had a wife I wouldn't make her work at home like a maid nor would I make her work so hard to earn :D I want to treat my wife good and make her happy just like I would do when I court her :D
