When im driving about 40mph my transmisión always shift in to 5th gear all the time and i constantly have give it more gas to shift back to 4th gear but it always goes back to 5th and it feel like the motor is bogging and it makes my dashboard vibrate.
Yea.. i had to buy a pedal comander to make truck down shift faster because when its in 5th gear it takes a while before it down shift but its faster with the pedal comander thanks for replying

I also did those interior LED lights for my music and shit, but I park outside and the sun burnt them up cause it would get so hot. waste of 20 bucks but i want to do it again with more durable lights

One dude had green ones which looked pretty cool, had them under the seats and doors. Cant find them for the life of me, next time I see them I need to ask where they get them
I literally have the exact same year model and trim as your truck and ordered an exhaust for the link in the description and it doesn't even come close to fitting... just curious if you tampered the end of the stock exhaust tip?
When you say it doesn’t come close to fitting, do you mean too large or small? I had to shave down the metal a little to jam it on and get 2 of the bolts on. The 3rd bolt does not do anything for me because it doesn’t go on that far. If you want to, email me a picture of what you are talking about i would gladly help you out :) ethansilver12@gmail.com

Hey brother I digg the bedlinner spray on the grill. Seems like you like blacking out the truck. If you like diy I would bake the headlights to get them open and paint the inner housing black yourself. I did it and it came out great
Hey bro thanks for the comment! I was actually looking into that a couple months ago. I was too nervous i would mess up the housing. Was it a tough thing to do?
Ethan Silver of course hey it’s honesty super simple. Take the headlights outs, remove the bolts on the back of the headlights, pop them into the oven one at a time for about 375 degrees like 10 minutes and then take both pieces apart. Paint and repeat to put them back together. Only extra thing other than the paint would be to get some extra adhesive glue just to make sure there’s enough glue sealing them back together

Excellent mods. I just bought a Pro 4X. Likely start with lighting and a bull bar. It is great you do it yourself, I'm going to try. It's hard to find a good "custom" shop where I live, except exhaust. They made some bad electrical mistakes with my Mustang years ago, and I don't want those chimps near my new truck any more than necessary.

That bedliner for your front grill was smart. You could do the same with the front emblem. If you do not mind spending the coin, Ebay has rear black emblems for about $40.
bruh of course blue lights are illegal... i got some for mine anyway though, but they hurt my eyes for the interior. I kept the stock ones upfront but kept the single blue dome light in the back. Looks dope coming up to it at night pressing the unlock button
I couldn’t love this truck any more. I don’t push it too hard and gas honestly hasn’t been terrible. Obviously could be better haha. So much good things to say about this truck.
Iv been thinking about doing that for some time now, i couldn’t find any kits that it looks like i could figure out. Maybe when I’m done with college and have my truck full time again i will look into it! Thank you for the input!

If you aren't on club frontier go there. Just get some black headlights and some katana adjustable LED bulbs it makes a world of difference.

Black taillights and 3rd brake light are very available. And the parking lights are easily converted to DRLs by putting in switchback LEDs.
Why didnt you remove the tail lights when masking them? lol 2 10mm bolts pops right out lol
Yea it seems easy now. Didn’t want to mess with the wiring but most likely gonna remove the tail light when i redo it in a year or two!

Powerful UK does some great mods for the D40 which is the same truck!? I got some great rear lights for mine and I believe they ship worldwide.
I have seen a couple of the lights for the d40. Not sure if they would work on the frontier sadly.

I believe everyone said it as well. Horrible gas mileage. Just bought a '17 frontier pro 4x and I absolutely love it other than the gas consumption.

The rust happens because of the snow and salt that we use to melt the ice.
