Hey Alan, This is Isabelle, owner of Govalle Studio. I am just now seeing this. Such a great video of our space! We really appreciate it. Some backstory on the property, there are six building but only four owners. We own the studio and the house behind it. The properties used to be two long lots that they made into four homes. Also the tile in the bathroom is from local tile company Clay Imports. Thanks again for the well done video and glad you enjoyed the space!
I have an unhealthy obsession with concrete floors!! Could definitely see it working for full-time living--it's almost twice the size of my tiny house!
I would agree! If you already have the property, this seems like a no-brainer in an area with high demand. Would pay itself off in just 4-5 years! I’m very confident ADUs are the future of tiny house living-easier to integrate them into cities and keeping them happy with a bit more tax revenue.
What about for us guys that want to live in 1 of these permanently. How much would it cost compared to a house? How much would be the monthly rent of something like this?
Just looked it up… in this case, the Airbnb was upgraded to an Airbnb Plus property, so the original listing link is not active, but the property is still live! I’ll update the link but you can find it here: abnb.me/Ea0JhcnbYob
So in essence I could remove that stupid kitchen table and chair and put a regular size refrigerator in there and add a little tiny two top stove I could basically take that bed out sleep on the couch at a f****** wall and make that a walking closet this is actually pretty perfect I didn't think 360 sqft was enough but maybe it is

Hi Isabella love everything about the design of the Airbnb and your amazing decorating. Do you mind me asking what the length and width of the adu?
@@maribellehinlo9565 I do not know the exact measurements but would guess the main room is about 15ft in width and 25ft long
@zoso0116 Isabelle lovely space! do you have the plans for this building ? or can they be purchased online ?
@@MrAnthem1 I do not but you can reach out to the builder Brandon Graham at Skybox Homes
Awesome place Isabelle! do you mind sharing the contact of your builder?
Love the bathroom tile!! Amazing space
Really great space. Would even be great for full time living. I like the concrete floor in main living area.

Is this 16x20
It’s great but I definitely would had enclosed walls for sleeping area.
Definitely think you’d have enough space here to make that work!
LOVE IT !!!!!
❤it! Only thing lacking is a garbage bin corral, those cans right at drive path doesn't make sense.
I love concrete floors. I'm considering having concrete floors in my ADU.
It seems like the move! Love the modern/industrial vibe it gives off. And if you ever get sick of it down the line, easy install on top 👍🏽
@@AlanToscano would you happen to know if concrete floors are cheaper to install than LVP, by any chance?
Yes it’s cheaper
Very cute
Goh-VAL-ee. It means, "good grazing" in Swedish, according to Austin Monthly magazine.
This is a pretty good investment..

@@AlanToscano this is what i highly consider that is why buying a land is among my top options.
@@AlanToscano I am 4 miles from Downtown Dallas. Do you have any connections and/Or information?
Is Austin ADU friendly ?

I would like to HAVE a unit like this. 😍
so this floor plan is 18ft x 20ft?
Why is it that the link does not take you to the actual Airbnb. It just directs to the main Airbnb website.
Ahh, let me check on that. That usually means the listing is no longer active and has been taken down.

@@AlanToscano Awesome thank you for the help.
