1) Nosy neoghbours can climb over the fence and use your pool. They wont even ask for your permission. 2) The house is too small. Should be twice or thrice the size, single story. 3) The entire grass would be removed. 4) should be a higher brick wall + iron grille with sharp points

If they were to put the washer & dryers on a raised platform, then the bottom platform could be a roll drawer for storage. Also add a pull out iron board that swivels! I love the home. It is beautiful. Great job!
