I really admire how Moshe tries to identify his own stuff and tries to communicate it to his wife and find solutions. So many people just avoid because it’s so difficult. But also I think there’s something to be said for trying not to identify a behaviour as being “him”. As in “I” am a mess. That’s just a learned, perhaps ingrained pattern, not you. Things can change. Just a thought. Love the show! Thanks!

Rao’s usually goes for $8 or $9 per jar, dipping closer to $6 when on sale. But Costco sells a pack of two jars for $10.59, or about $5.30 each.

Same, that's how I feel. The small improvements thing worked well for me also. I've also found timers to be useful.
Freeze batches of your homemade sauce. Also, quick sauces never disappoint if you splurge on the tomatoes=)
