I'm not sure I could be as uninhibited in my approach to weaving as you are, but watching you create gives me a lot of pleasure. 😊

I absolutely love this! Also, including yourself and family makes it even that much more special. Truly a piece of art that has stories weaved within the piece. Just awesome 😊

I also hate throwing out yarn scraps from my weaving. This is a great project for them.

Andrea, I absolutely love this project! It reminds me of a crazy quilt, which are some of my favorites! I'm definitely going to ponder how to use up my scraps next! Thank you so much!

I love this, it seems to be the very essence of saori, just going with the flow and using the process to create the work. I have only just started rigid heddle weaving, although have done enormous pot-weaver projects, as well as peg- and frame-loom pieces, and these were all very much based on making it up as I went along. You have shown a very free method of working on a loom which I am looking forward to trying out, thank you so much!

Your art is beautiful! Do you mind me asking you if you are able to live out of your art? I’m a speech and language therapist and my dream would be to stop and to change career to live only out of my fiber work. I’m thinking about buying a saori loom too, would you recommend it as a first weaving loom? Thanks very much for your time. Sandie (French girl living in Vienna, Austria)
