I guess the starting location had to be readjusted to fit all civs.
Weraptor probably, yeah. Germanys capital for example is Aachen in civ 6, but they start where Berlin is. Russias capital should be St. Petersburg but they start in Moscow.

@@Sondrebol Yeah, but those are definitely historical capitals. Vienna has never even been a Hungarian city, really. It was - along with Budapest - the capital of Austria-Hungary, and it was 100% Austrian.
I'd love to see another full-on Civ 6 series, but just more videos in general for Civ would be great! I like seeing things slowly progress over the course of a series, and it seems like Gathering Storm has added in a lot more points of interest like the weather effects.
Well as a Greek i would be triggered that Macedonian empire's capital is skopje and not pella (which is the accurate capital and Alexander's birth city) but i am just gonna avoid the conflict
in a normal game the capital is indeed pella, but on the europe map every city is named after a real city on that exact location of a city center. And because there are so many civs next to each other in this region of the map some capitals had to move to different tiles.

What mods did you use
Africa game would be Egypt, nubia, mali, congo, zulu at base. Then stretch to add moari (repersenting austronesians in madigascar) , and the dutch (south africa), and pheonica
Ottomans because North Africa can always use more civs
And Carthage
The Scottish were some of the main drivers of the British empire after the union of the crowns lmao

consider playing on higher difficulties means the AI can build more unites which means more processing time is needed. I don't know how long you do this and may have a clue what's best in terms of speed. Maybe deity is really the fastest (because of the overkill boni they get)

Do battle royale for every region of the world (Asia, Africa, etc.) and then pit the winners of each region into one final battle royale to determine the top civ

When different Civs capture enemy cities, I noticed they rename them to their language's version of that name, is that a mod or is it something that can be changed in settings or something?
