I owned E92 M3 limited edition the engine noise is a one of a kind but only really produce 380bhp and doesn't feel that fast just swapped mine for f82 m4 producing 560bhp it's super car performance, awesome video 🔥🔥
@Assimilator1 The F82 M4 is better handling front end very tight ...rear can be a bit more livelier than the E92 M3 but I guessing because the M4 has so much more torque.
Your bang on, m140i is an all round car and so much bloody bang for your buck mate!!! Great review! Made me think I’m going to do 1 with my s5 and the m140i… unless you want to come over and do a review also
@@AM-yt8wz m140 is cheaper is every aspect, insurance, tax, fuel, maintenance, it’s the better option for a daily and in a race only loses by very tight margins if stock, it’s just the better option
i drove both cars (own e92 m3) and i confidently say the e92 m3 is faster if you REV it hard. But if you cruise it or want that low end torque to do the work, the b58 feels stronger. Butdrive both hard the e92 feels stronger.
M3 e92 owner here (near stock), agreed with much of what you said, except I find the M3 nice and easy to drive when just cruising (non EDC car. Are you sure your EDC one wasn't on a harder setting?). Your M3 wouldn't be so bad for cruising if you didn't have that silly loud exhaust😂, sounds good though! I bought the M3 for the sounds btw 😁(and the handling). PS Yea I just have it for the weekends and a couple of track days per year, and yea the M3 is way too expensive to run daily! PPS You could've trimmed down your video quite a lot, you repeated yourself quite a bit! 😉Interesting video anyway.
@@EubanksDVDs how often are going to the track thou? Also with current climate in running a car these days is a joke. So again the m140i wins on bang for buck. There's a reason why these cars are so popular. The 9x m3 cars are great and had their time, bur would you go out your way potentially spending 20k+ for a e9x m3? Heck no!
Good little segment on both cars. But the M140i wins overall i would say. Bang for buck the 140i wins, also power it wins. You'll find that the 140i actually comes with more power out of factor than what Bmw states, with most of them going way above the quoted figure. As for the e9x M3s well, they never ever made the magical 400 plus power figure, at best they would make between 340 to 380. The e9x are for more track and just sound, while the 140i is more about an all rounder! you install a drexler diff or any diff into the 140i and a decent suspension set up, youve basically got a M car killer
@@AJCars. I know most people won't want to agree. But facts are the 140i is better car if we look in money terms. If you want sound then yes, go for the e9x m3 or dare I say another make and model being the c63 v8? But anyway I stand by what I said. To make the 140i a great car it won't take alot nor break the bank. Don't get me wrong I love the e9x m3 but I don't think they are worth the money, unless you spend a little extra and get the f80 m3.

@AJCars. The reason to buy a e92 or 135i over a m140i is Hydraulic steering. Newer cars have electronic steering and have no connection to the road.
