Grazie per seguire il nostro canale ! La ristrutturazione della casa, per volontà del proprietario è stata realizzata in due lotti durante i periodi di assenza dei proprietari stessi. Nel primo lotto è stato ristrutturata la soffitta e rifatto un bagno al piano secondo, nel secondo lotto è stata ricostruita la cucina in muratura, sistemato l'ingresso con la spicconatura dell'intonaco ed altri lavori minori. Il lavoro di ogni singolo lotto ha avuto una durata di circa due mesi ma siccome sono stati fatti in due periodi diversi ha abbracciato un intero anno. Lavori, tempi e prezzi sono stati concordati con il proprietario. Continua a seguire i nostri video!! Grazie
