Lesson: When you become a great teacher, thousands of students will appear. We are all teachers, and when we need to work on improving. This allows us to become leaders. This was great advice. I do agree. People like to constantly follow and learn, but rarely focus on leading others and teaching. We have huge responsibility in teaching in that at any given time a student could be watching .. . It is so important for me to be aware of the message that I am giving whether or not I am aware a student is present.
I absolutely agree with you Pat. In order to attract quality, u have to be quality and Be the leader that you would want others to follow. The greatest teacher inspires greatness, serves, and leads with character, integrity and excellence. I believe the higher levels that you have of this habitual standard of living and operating in it, the greater number of pupils. Hence thousands... Year of 100... Perfecting the teacher in me for the thousands to follow. ;)
Wow! I agree wholeheartedly! Every one of us thirsts for what a great teacher has to offer. By the same token, every one of us has SOMETHING to offer. God gave each of us gifts to share and when we polish those gifts, every one wants to learn about them and sit near the brilliance!
