visionaries and phonies are different in that the visionary truly makes it happen. world renowned visionaries are those you hear of today like Gates or MLK, celeb visionaries like Chris Pratt or Steve harvey, everyday visionaries create dreams for the family. When you fulfill your vision the value of you word increases

I) Visionary: The Future is now, by doing & thankfulness, so take your time
& enjoy the success of "faith, love & courage".
It's family. It's to enjoy being one of the elected.
It's called, "Moral Integrity".
It's free enterprise. It's truth.
It's friendship. It's a cooperative spirit of doing together.
i.e. Visionaries: Gates, Jobs, the ordinary man with a heart for moral courage (integrity) & truth.

if i set a vision what are some essential practical steps that I can take besides intentions? and what are the main causes to vision failure?
***** I dont know. my vision is to be a better father to my kids through working on myself and spending time with them. one im seeking to know myself and my purpose, and two simply teaching them the same by example.
Quincy Fill How about learning about yourself first. Go through this checklist, and decided which is the first priority you must improve on:
1 - Finances: allowing you to create stability through food and shelter for yourself and children
2 - Love: Love is created and given when you work with passion - "work is love made visible" - this applies to the love you have for your children as well as yourself [self-love]; I am thinking the best way to go about creating love is through giving your time to your children and yourself - which you will be doing by reevaluating yourself - and also live to grow better and positively influence through honest and fearless actions
3 - Health: this includes what foods you put into your body (and thus what your children put into theirs) as well as exercising (I suggest weight lifting). To add to this, I would also include mental health here. To create positive mental health that follows "grow better and positively influence," I suggest becoming less reactionary and instead respond with action. What I mean by this is, our mental health is often contingent on our surroundings and environment (e.g. are they helpful or hurtful). Now instead of reacting to the environment, and allowing it to control you, work on self-control (taking action), and choose whether you what you want to be and how you want to feel (yes your brain will always react, but that does not mean you have to take action following what your brain feels - e.g. if you are mad, you don't have to yell)). To become less reactionary, start with taking a deep breath in the morning, and observe how your brain and body feel when you wake up.
I think this is enough to start with. Let me know how your kids do in the future. Last suggestions: diet - try the Bulletproof Diet ( www.upgradedself.com/bulletproof-diet-roadmap-poster#/SCIENCEANDRESEARCH2 ); exercise - lift weights starting slowly or yoga; mental health - meditate by taking that morning conscious breath; finances - live frugally; save money - in the bank is okay, but how about learning about the stock market, it gives you that ability to take action with your money; work harder every day. Keep growing better and positively influencing Quincy :)
