The nerve of her! Someone gave her BAD advice....probably the person who was trying to coach her at the beginning. The fire was because of her appliance and she sues him? I can't believe anyone is allowed to sue for anything at all.
I've left the house with my crackpot on, but I won't anymore. I've had my crackpot for years and was going to buy a new one, but now I won't. Don't want to purchase a defective one.
I could never understand how people felt safe putting a slow cooker on and leaving for work or sleeping. I like using my slow cooker but would never feel safe leaving the house with it on.
Poor Ms. Chan I think she was still asleep, to think she would win this case. 😄
😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Judge John, she wasn’t a tenant so don’t feel bad for her.
I wish the judge would have taken the time to get the report because I would like to know who is lying. I think it’s the plaintiff because it’s feasible that the crock pot did it, but if it also feasible that it could have been due to faulty electrical problems, and if it was electrical, I wouldn’t bring the fire report either. This is tricky. I wish the fire report was available.
