As a law student what i realised that the judge never allowed aome to rule over him, by that way he brings out the real facts and make the right decision. Kudos to the Judge sir and the brilliant advocate ❤❤😅
One of the main flaw in that extremely appreciable arguments by the young lawyer is that he should learn hindi because sometimes judge is not in the mood to listen you so basically the lawyer should present the main arguments in the language which judge is using.
Lawyer argued in impressive way. But how can a person be punished on the basis that he was standing besides of his car ever he didn’t see that who burnt the car ? Can you please share advocate name as well.
He is shouting more and speaking fluent English - but that does not necessarily show attributes of a good lawyer. when judge asks him if they were registered dog , he is putting the question on to the other side ( while judge corrects him and instructs him to answer , then he admits that dogs were not registered)
Let me state you all a psychological fact , that says , " When a human being talks and think in any other languages other than his own mother tongue , we as humans think rationally 90 percent of the time in other languages, but when we use our own language to think about some , we always think irrationally , so Having a good English speaking speaking makes you think more and conversate more reasonable topics than you do in your own mother tongue "

He can't be punished for being seen around the car. But the FIR should specify the fact that the complainant saw the man standing near the car.
