I think for many 'older' folks...we feel so happy and proud of this very talented young lady. No auto-tune, just natural born talent and lots of hard work...and look what happened! Most folks would be so proud to call this girl their daughter or grand-daughter.

His bare feet in all his presentations are a reflection of it. The story tells that one day walking through the streets of a country saw a girl without shoes. This impressed her so much that she took off the ones she was wearing to give them to the child saying "From now on, in honor of you, I will not sing with shoes". At that time, she was only seven years old.
I don't even like this type of music very much. But her voice is so incredible, unearthly, wonderful, heart-piercing, pick your favorite description. You have to love her. She just may have converted me to a jazz listener.
