    2×2 is read as 2 by 2 matrix or 2 cross 2 matrix . In my openion 2×2 is read as 2 by 2 matrix. And 2×2 is doesn't read as 2 cross 2 matrix.

    Why we use distributive law to proof that this set is ring. ???? Is it possible that without proof distributive law we proof that it is ring?

    Mam, (Z, +, x) is not a commutative ring. because inverse will not be in Z. Eg;- a=1 and b=2 then inverse of b will be rational so it will not be commutative ring.
    anyone reading this comment can please cross verify

      Inverse ham division ring k liyay check karty hain
